Payment for services provided by Blaze B International becomes due and payable upon the confirmation of the requested services or as stipulated in the invoice issued by Blaze B International or email/whatsapp correspondence and messages. Clients are expected to adhere to the payment deadlines specified in our communication to ensure timely processing and continuation of services.
c. Late Payment Policy:
Blaze B International maintains a strict policy regarding late payments to safeguard the operational efficiency and financial stability of our business. In the event of delayed payment beyond the stipulated deadline:
- Clients may be subject to additional fees or charges as outlined in the late payment policy communicated at the onset of the engagement.
- Continued failure to remit payment may result in the suspension or termination of services until outstanding balances are settled in full.
- Any costs incurred by Blaze B International as a result of late payments, including but not limited to legal fees or collection expenses, shall be borne by the delinquent client.

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by regulatory authorities in connection with the services provided by Blaze B International.
f. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes or discrepancies regarding payment obligations, clients are encouraged to promptly notify Blaze B International to initiate a resolution process in good faith. Both parties agree to engage in constructive dialogue and seek an amicable resolution to any payment-related issues or concerns.
